This type of lantern is called Yukimidōrō (雪見燈籠) or legged lantern. I am not using latex or silicone mold for this project so the umbrella is simplified with a low finial (crown, apex). The foursided firebox is designed to house an LED bulb. This lantern is relatively small and can be placed indoors. In making this lantern, basic materials simple tools are used.
