(filmed and edited by Julianne Petersen) FISH TACO RECIPE Four parts: Tilapia Slaw Sauce Tortillas TilapiaI usually buy frozen and thaw in bowl of water use chile based seasoning (blackened fish seasoning or Cajun seasoning) cook in cast iron with avocado oil on medium, medium high heat until golden brown (good solid crust on both sides is best for tacos) Slaw: Bag of slaw mix, then a head of red cabbage (slice long and thin) bottle of slaw mix add to preference Sauce: Mayoheavy with this Sour creamlight with this Lime juice Adobo Chiles (add to spice preference) Cilantro Honey Tortillas: Bake in oven to crisp Instructions: Add fish to middle of tortillas, then squeeze lime on fi
