Queen Live in Osaka, 3, 29, 1976 ( Late Show)

The shows go on This is the second of the two Osaka Festival Hall shows. As usual for Japan, the quality is excellent, and the show is complete. The concert is not exactly excellent, however. But not bad. Freddie s voice is in pretty good shape overall, but due to the strain of the two show day, plus apparently being quite drunk (Big party after the first show) he has some notsogood moments, which will be talked about. Going through the songs: The rock section of Bohemian Rhapsody is decent, albeit conservative, Ogre Battle has some weak spots (Odd phrasing in the bridge, and dodging the A4) but sounds pretty good overall, Sweet Lady is bad as Freddie does awkward phrasing to get around the high parts and cracks a few times, White Queen is very good bar odd phrasing on Stars of lovingness, Flick Of The Wrist is bad with Freddie singing the choruses on E4 and having several cracks, the verses of Bohemian Rhap
