Some of you had asked me to make a video of the vegan mirror glaze. So, here it is I have to admit that this is not the exact replication of the regular nonvegan mirror glaze, but its pretty close. More than that, Im also sharing with you today a couple more recipes, including an amazing vegan strawberry mousse, glutenfree cookies and a plantbased sticky toffee sponge cake. All of them are great and really tasty on their own, but Ive decided to put them all together to form a classical Frenchlooking mousse glaze cake, only vegan and glutenfree.
