SILICONE DOLL PAINTING TUTORIAL: How I mottle Hannahs Head

This is how I mottle the paint on my silicone doll. Items used Silicone: Platsil Platinum silicone 0000 Part A and B Paint: Silpig silicone pigments Paint Colour: Red Oxide (I use different colours such as reds, blues and purples for other layers this is just 1 layer of paint) odourless thinners for oil based paints Toothpick for stirring plastic (NOT GLASS) paint tray If you haven t seen my other video I ve already finished Hannah s face and matted it down As I paint I try to NOT touch any area I m painting because It can transfer lint that will cure into the wet silicone. Therefore I only touch areas that are completed, sealed and matted, or the cup. This is the first doll I ve painted on a spinner.
