Lorenzo Koppenaal, Contemporary floor work class

Modern Contemporary floor work dance class by Lorenzo Koppenaal. Wrapping and unwrapping was the theme of this class, moving in circular pathways, streamlines with twists and curves. Developing stamina, flow and softness in and out of the floor. Every exercise is connected to the Laban movement analysis approach, such as headtail connection, upperlower connectivity and crosslateral movements. Danced by a few students from the MTD department of the Amsterdam University of Arts (AHK).
