Pick and place packaging line from Schubert loads biscuits into trays

Our Belgian customer DestrooperOlivier had been looking for an exceptionally precise, productfriendly and highperformance packaging process for its delicate products waferthin biscuits. With our solution, a special device spreads the biscuits at even distances before a scanner determines their precise position on the belt. Using positioning data, the control system regulates the nine F4 robots that are positioned in series. The pickandplace robots take the individual products by means of vacuum precisely in their centre and place them gently into the individual tray cavities.
