Queen Camilla talks about Prince Louis whilst visiting the Isle of Man
The Queen apologised for the Kings absence as she represented him on an official visit where she was pictured playing with baby twins. Her Majesty, 76, visited the Isle of Man to present the Letters Patent conferring city status on the Borough of Douglas, the islands capital, on Wednesday. She said she was so sorry that her husband, who is taking a temporary break from his public duties while he receives treatment for cancer, could not make it on the extremely special occasion.
