Syria: Russian fighter jets continue Syria mission

Russian fighter pilots continued their mission against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS, ISIL) forces in Syria on Wednesday, as they were deployed from the Hmeymim base near Latakia. The fighter jets at the base, the Su24, Su25 and Su27 among them, are now being supported by the Russian navy who have begun launching strikes from the Caspian Sea.
