DIY Chocolate Dress with Peter Pan Collar Inspired by Angelic Pretty Melty Ribbon Chocolate

This dress is inspired by Melty Ribbon Chocolate from Angelic Pretty. Ive always wanted to make a dress like that, so I made this inspired dress. I use 1. 5 yards fabric. You can get same fabric at Walmart. The method to make first part of the dress is similar to DIY sweetheart dress I made last week (The link is in the description box). The different was I gathered the skirt part instead of making circle skirt. I think for making a Lolita inspired dress (skirt part), its better make a gathered skirt
