To say that Frank Spencer is a oneman walking disaster area would be somewhat of an understatement. Although ever enthusiastic and wellintentioned, Frank is entirely feckless. An accidentprone, underachieving social misfit, he is loved by his wife and no one else; his will to keep going despite it being obvious to everyone else that he is making things worse is not too ingratiating a trait.
