Scanners return with their slow burning epic State of Wonder. A beautiful hymn to the river that runs past their home in East London, the river Lea. The video was filmed on the river in the fall. Scanners commandeering their friends canal boat for the job. The film, shot by Amer chadha patel, flows gently with the music till its uplifting climax.
