Full title reads: Centennial Parade Celebrations at Manitowoc, US. Manitowoc, Wisconsin, United States of America (USA). A man in an Uncle Sam mask leads a parade down crowd lined street. VS of parade, brass bands, soldiers, veterans etc. Cut in shots of people watching the parade. A decorated float follows in the parade, along with local American Indians (aka Red Indians). People parade in covered wagons. Decorated floats including one with the theme of aluminium. Lots more floats. MS two men probably civic dignitaries one speaks from notes. The other then speaks. N.
