6 Degrees of Freedom Flight Simulator Platform

This is a prototype 6 degree of freedom flight simulator motion platform. The software driver is written in C, and can extract acceleration data from FSX, FS2004 and XPlane. The driver includes configuration tools for washout, sample rate, charting, logging and visualisation. The hardware is controlled via a Phidgets 8servo USB controller.
