My Lord Cutts Delight, The Cotillion Anahata, melodeon
Someone on the tradtunes mailing list found a YouTube video of Robert Harbron and Sam Sweeney playing an (at the time) unidentified tune, which turned out to be My Lord Cutts Delight, from Henry Atkinson s MS, Hartburn, Northumberland, 1694 (it s on the Village Music Project web site). Also appears in later editions of Playford as St Catherine. I took a liking to the tune, and found The Cotillion a fine partner for it I m sure both tunes are of a similar vintage.
