Long Tape Loops, , A Compilation, , Audio

Running a loop outside the cassette itself vastly opens the creative possibilities of a tape loop. Most importantly the amount of musical time you have to work with is increased, but also the variability in play through increases. I love using long loops to create a framework for building larger track, via adding synths and acoustic instruments in a DAW project. For this video however I just show the loops themselves, with some FX pedals adding further texture. Let me know how you use long tape loops in the comments.
