Restoration of a Police Officer s Gold Watch 1940 s Bulova Excellency

This time Im restoring a Bulova Excellency from the 1940s. Its powered by the Bulova 7AA Caliber. I got this watch from one of my biggest fans and supporters. He got this watch from his dad (a police officer in Clarksville) and all watchmakers refused to repair until now. Case and Glass are scratched, dial and the hands are corroded and the movement is running wild.
