EXTREME Ab Workout ( Advanced ) NO EQUIPMENT
Hello everyone Welcome to my new YouTube Series: Milli Bootcamp :P The first episode is a really intense 15 minute extreme ab workout. Make sure to pin your lower back to the floor at all times during the workout. If you can t do the whole thing at first, don t worry, it s a pretty advanced ab workout routine. You can make it easier by not extending your legs fully, or lifting them higher up. You can also make breaks in between.
