Paul Kanter released a version on his Planet Earth Rock and Roll Orchestra lp with additional lyrics, and Furthur has recently (Sept 2010) begun performing another version. Campfire to campfire or porch to porch, many folk songs have been passed down orally from older generations to younger ones.
