Mayor Brenda Locke continues to dig in her heels on Surrey policing

A B. C Supreme Court judge has upheld changes to the provincial Police Act that will force the City of Surrey to transition policing from the RCMP to a municipal force. But Surrey Mayor Brenda Locke s not admitting defeat. She says she s still in the fight to deliver on her 2022 campaign promise to keep taxes low over policing.
