A group of Pheidole Ants have found some food. They are busy tearing down the food into tiny pieces so that they can be carried back home. However there is sudden agitation and the Pheidole Ants are nowhere to be seen. These small sized red coloured ants with black coloured gaster have taken their place. These ants are, Trichomyrmex destructor. They are commonly known as Singapore Ants and before 2015 they were known as, Monomorium, destructor.
