Bing singing (and drumming) Johnny Burke and James V. Monaco s song Rhythm on the River from the 1940 film of the same name. Wingy Manone and his band join along. Also starring in the film were Mary Martin, Basil Rathbone, Oscar Levant, Charley Grapwin, and Bill Frawley. Victor Schertzinger directed the film.
