Mirrors is a threepart suite, where each movement is a different musical world. A calm jazz prologue, in which a fretless bass and a fivestring bass guitar conduct a subtle dialogue, unexpectedly turns into an extremely dynamic central part of the song, evoking associations with the best traditions of fusion music. The whole thing leads to a moody, trance finale, in which Dudkowska s vocal phrases are intertwined with the emotional rap verses of the American guitarist Chuc Frazier.
