The RussianItalian Organ Duo (Elena Kalashnikova and Luca Massaglia) plays Chant du Hautbois Vot soldati idut (no. 2 from Drei russische Skizzen ) by Italian composer Grimoaldo Macchia (b. 1972). The Duo wishes to thank the composer for the dedication of the set of pieces. Chant du Hautbois is based on Вот солдаты идут ( Vot soldati idut Here come the soldiers ), a popular song by the composer Kirill Vladimirovič Molčanov (19221982) on lyrics by Mikhail Grigorievič Lvovsky (19191994). The
