Rachel, Dresdens Rope Dart Tech Log: Toe Grip

Some of the experimental tech I played with over the summer that involves grabbing one end of the dart with your toe. Lots of fun with cradles and contact, and also opens up room for a lot of handsfree and negative space play. And, given your rope is long enough, you re still left with enough to do some basic 1wrap shots. All this still works if you simply, step, on the end of the rope, but you aren t nearly as free to move around. Feel free to send me anything you cook up based off of this stuff
