This is an orchestral instrumental cover of another one of my favorites Moskau by Dschinghis Khan (Genghis Khan) Moskau was released in 1979 by the German discopop band Dschinghis Khan. The lyrics of Moskau tell a vibrant tale of the city of Moscow, Russia, filled with energetic and enthusiastic references to its culture and people. The song paints a vivid picture of the bustling cityscape, its iconic landmarks, and the lively atmosphere that permeates the streets. The song quickly became an international sensation, reaching the top of the charts in several European countries. Having always wanted to hear how a live orchestra would perform this song, I created and recorded this cover. The DAW I used for this orchestral MIDI remake is Reaper.
