VIDEO 6, 10: TxDPS Troopers encountered a group of 88 illegal immigrants who crossed unlawfully on private property in Maverick County. The group included families, single adults, unaccompanied children. Troopers arrested 38 single adults from Mexico, Cuba, Colombia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Peru, Venezuela, Guatemala, Honduras, the Dominican Republic for criminal trespass. The 38 were transported to the Val Verde Processing Center face state criminal charges for criminal trespass. . TxDPS Troopers, in the last 24 hours, have encountered 31 unaccompanied children in Maverick County. 6, 10: 16 unaccompanied males 7 unaccompanied females. 6, 11: 2 unaccompanied males, ages 5 7 years of age from Honduras.
