Casting An Aluminum Alien CHESTBURSTER From The Movie Aliens ( Complete Build Process)

In this video I ll be casting an aluminum alien chestburster from the movie Aliens and giving it a full paint job. I started with a 3D print of the model which I printed with polycast filament. I then made a mold of the alien in investment plaster and burned out the model in my kiln. I melted down some scrap aluminum ingots and poured the molten aluminum into the mold.
