Israeli troops mobilize deeper into Gaza after successful air strikes on Hamas targets

Israeli troops and tanks attacked Gaza s main northern city from both sides on Monday (October 30), three days after they began a major ground offensive in the Palestine. Israel Defence Forces (IDF) released videos on Monday of what is said to show ground operations and air strikes on Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli military said it had killed four prominent Hamas operatives. The militants said they had repelled an attempted push from Israel tanks into Gaza City from the east and were fighting them on the border with Israel.
