Estonian special forces selection

The selection process for the Estonian special forces is a two week long test of physical and mental capability. On average seventy five percent of candidates will not make the grade. The applicants will undergo sleep deprivation, overnight marches and various psychological challenges in an effort to join their militarys most elite fighting unit.
