What Are the Practical Ways for Our Souls to Breathe, Eat, and Exercise For us, humans, to live, we need to breathe, eat, and exercise. In the same way, our souls need to breathe by praying, eat by studying Gods word diligently, and exercise by preaching Gods word that we ate. This is how we can be reborn as true heavenly people. God Shares in the Fate of the Church of God by saying, I am with you always. Alexander the Great raised his armys morale by saying, I will share in your fate. However, much earlier than Alexander the Great, Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother, who came to this earth as the Spirit and the Bride, said in the Bible, I will be with you. Do not be afraid, and asked us to preach the gospel of life to the whole world with all our heart and mind. Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
