The Boneyard

One of my creepiest dives. The boneyard is what is left after spider crab aggregation. The crabs shed their skeletons in order to grow a bigger one and then head back into deeper waters. They are normally loners. The stingrays gather here also in hopes of catching vulnerable softboned spider crabs. I rushed to Melbourne when I heard it was I arrived about 1 day late. The starfish that tried to trap the octopus inside the pipe. . I don t even know what to say. Filmed in: Melbourne Aust
