parkwestsohonyc located at 411 West Broadway, is hosting the first comprehensive exhibit of its kind, SoHos Hot Seoul, showcasing the phenomena of KPop by taking attendees behind the scenes of entertainers personal lives including the fame, cyberbullying, expectations, and the battle to regain control of their image. Compiled by worldrenowned curator stephanieskim who has worked with over 600 artists in 22 cities around the globe in varying artistic capacities over the past 20 years the exhibit is open from Feb 1 to March 1. The five featured artists, jyckunst, kojunactor, solbibest, mstyle79, and negativnegativ are said to be the pioneers of KPop and have made contributions to the entertainment industry through music, acting, photography, and contemporary art.
