Aloo laal mirch Preparation time : 10 mins Cooking time : 12 mins Serving : 2 pax Ingredients Quantity Fresh red chilli 1215 nos Garlic 1518 pods + 810 pods Ginger 1 inch Oil 2 tbsp Cumin seed 1 tsp LG Hing a pinch Boiled baby potatoes 1 cup Dry mango powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder tsp Salt to taste Water as required Method : 1. On a grinding stone, take fresh red chilli, garlic pods, ginger slices crush it until its flatten. 2. Now crush it thoroughly until it reaches the consistency of chutney. 3. Heat a kadhai, add oil, cumin seed allow it to crackle. 4. Meanwhile in small grinding stone, add garlic pods and crush it roughly. 5.
