Testing Headphones with Multi player: Fail, Makecode Arcade
We thought our kids would like to hear sounds in the Microsoft MakeCode Arcade game when using jacdac system and multiplayer (I only know of one multiplayer game: above linkif you know of more please post a share link in comments) so I plugged two stereo, audio cables into the 3. 5mm splitter hub and fired up the game. After proving that it does work with both consoles I plug in the stereo headphone jack, this kills the entire game. Now I find that I can power down the boards and power them back up and multiplayer becomes single player if boards are connected But Meowbit does not work singly if BrainPad is NOT connected to it with this game program on both boards. BrainPad does not play at all (until I reload the game to it). So, this suggests to me that your students might be able to play multiplayer program on a single board if you only have one board but maybe spoof the system by plugging a cable into headphones Haven t tried it yet, may not work. Much to
