SIGNES Carolyn Carlson, Olivier Debré An affirmation of the closeknit relationship between painting, music and dance, the origins of Signes lie in artist Olivier Debré s desire to translate into a series of paintings the feeling elicited in him by a smile. Inspired by these flamboyant paintings, Carolyn Carlson sets her dancers in motion to an original score by Réné Aubry. Performed at the Opéra Bastille from 3 to 15 July 2013.
