ᓯᕿᓐᓇᓂᖅ Siqinnaaniq ( Horizons)

Initially commissioned for the 2013 Fesitval Access (Pau, FR Curator Ewen Chardronet) under the theme Digital Suns. Reedit of Arctic Perspective Initiative collected footage and audio field recordings from collaborative working trips to develop new technologies for greater autonomy of the circumpolar regions and its Peoples through Inuit Qaujimanituqangit (Traditional Knowledge) with local hunters, artists and youth in the Iglulik, Nunavut region from 20062013. The soundtrack was developed through the processing of audio field recordings and reinterpretation from the same period by Pierce Warnecke on the occasion of Emitter Micro (2017).
