How to Make an Artist Trading Card with a Glass Effect Dream
The effect I was going for in this project was creating a glass effect on the artist trading card. Learning how to make an ATC with a glass look can be done a few ways. A layer of translucent material, gloss varnish and the method I used using DecoArt Liquid Glass and all I can say is OMG did it turn out beautiful. Using the Liquid Glass, it goes on opaque and dries to a crystal clear finish. It does take a bit of time to dry though. The other method which would have taken longer is using Triple Thick gloss varnish. Note this is a reposted video from a few months ago, since the original one I did had a bit of funky audio in it. Hopefully this one is better. Ready to try this this Here is what you ll need and don t be afraid to substitute your own stamps, paper and substrates.
