A fine quality full orchestral antique music box made by Mermod Freres of St Croix, Switzerland in c. 1880. The movement features a snare drum, 6 engraved bells struck by bird, butterfly and bee strikers, a woodblock castanet, a 21note reed organ, and two zither bars.
