WEEK 2 Sweetspot with Vo2 step ups This week we stress above and below your aerobic threshold to help coax it upwards. Sweetspot is not a scientific term, its essentially a point just below your FTP (usually set at around 90 of FTP) at which you get much of the benefit of working at your threshold but its less physiologically demanding. So a perfect way to accrue some time taxing the right energy systems before cranking it up to well above threshold as we once again step things up.
