Five hundred homes have flooded, another 500 have been isolated and about 9500 are without power across Victoria, Australia. Torrential rain has affected regional and metropolitan areas alike, including the Maribyrnong River in Melbournes northwest which has been one of the most impacted, with homes inundated with water.
