TX POLL WATCHER ARRESTED AFTER ACCUSING ELECTIONS OFFICE OF OBSTRUCTION

A poll watcher showed up to watch ballot counting at the Travis County Clerk s Office the day before Election Day. The clerk held poll watchers in a side room where they could only see ballots being handled and counted through windowsthe watchers claim it s a violation of TX law to do so. The Secretary of State has already asked for a criminal investigation into this clerk s office for the same thing from the last election it administered in July. FULL REPORT:
