RT visits former Ukrainian neo Nazi base used to torture locals

A notorious convicted criminal has been released by the Ukrainian government as part of an amnesty for criminals with combat experience. Ruslan Onishenko who was behind the bars for torture and rape among other charges led the notorious far right Tornado battalion between 2014 and 2015. RT s Murad Gazdiev went to see what s left of the former Tornado base near Lysichansk as Russianled forces took it under their control.
