A cashstrapped council has been slammed for spending taxpayers cash on giant green plant pots which has left a town centre looking like something from Super Mario Brothers. Walsall Council has forked out thousands of pounds on around 15 massive planters in a bid to promote a feeling of wellbeing and safety in the Black Country town.
