Sue Foley gave Vintage Guitar an exclusive first look at her new video for Hurricane Girl. Her new album Pinkys Blues is scheduled for release October 22 on Stony Plain Records. Hurricane Girl was a surprise track that was almost made up on the spot, she said. It was late and wed been recording all day. We were ready to go home, but I started playing an Elmore Jamesstyle shuffle and the band jumped in. We even had our good friend, Jimmie Vaughan, help with some downanddirty rhythm. This song was something Id written about a girl who just wants to cause trouble and tear down someones world, but I hadnt shown it to anyone.
