JSO Officer Punches Handcuffed Woman

The Jacksonville Sheriffs Office terminated 26yearold probationary officer Akinyemi Borisade April 28 after an incident involving a woman who was restrained in handcuffs. The Sheriff s Office released this video, and says it shows Borisade punching a handcuffed woman April 27. Borisade was arrested on a charge of battery after the incident.
