Deathly Hallows AU. After their narrow escape from Godric s Hollow, Hermione takes herself and Harry to another location that her family used to visit instead of the Forest of Dean, prolonging the search for the Sword of Gryffindor and Ron s return. The two use the muggle world to their advantage as they travel by car and hideout in seedy motels. And as they continue searching for horcruxes and the sword, Hermione starts to figure out the connection between Harry and Voldemort.
