Old VHS tape of a hapkido demonstration by the Daehan Hapkido demonstration team in the early 1990 s. Hapkido is a Korean martial art, this video was shot during a Korean Martial Arts festival in SouthKorea. In the video you see breathing techniques, falling techniques, weapon techniques, kicks, strikes and a lot of self defense.
