Freddie Mercury + Fat Bottomed Boys New York ( Official video)
Recorded on July 6, 1984 during the Mr. Bad Guy sessions, the song New York, although promising, remained at the demo stage. This unfinished version, with only a verse and a chorus, was not published until 2000 in the Freddie Mercury The Solo Collection box set (Parlophone). 37 years after its recording, Fat Bottomed Boys completed the song and rearranged it as a Queen song from that era, offering themselves the luxury of performing it in a virtual duet with Freddie Mercury A video game available on the Fat Bottomed Boys website accompanies the release of this video: Thanks to Marialexie for drawing this animated Freddie with whom we had the pleasure of starring in this video.
