Steve Vai Solo in Hey Joe at Rock Fantasy Camp

Note: Volume was too much for small mic and caused distortion I loved Mitch Mitchell, drummer for Jimi Hendrix. I ve seen Hey Joe covered a number of times over the years, and so often the jazzy style of drums is replaced with a straighter backbeat. Here I got to drum with Steve, who does an absolutely mindblowing solo, while doing my best to channel the jazzier style of one of my many drum influences. As far as my own performance videos, this is one of my favorites.
